(KMJ) – Protect and serve took on a whole new meaning for a Madera County Sheriff’s Deputy Sergeant Tuesday morning.
Around 5 a.m., Deputy Sgt. Jacob Tallmon was called to a home in Oakhurst. There, he found a mother who unexpectedly went into labor and would not be make it to the hospital in time. So, Tallmon helped the mother give birth to a healthy baby girl.
And, we’re happy to report mom, her new little girl… and Deputy Sgt. Tallmon are all doing well.
