MADERA,CA (KMJ) – 41 Year Old Joanne Otero, a transient living in the Madera area, was physically assaulted and killed Monday night.
The incident happened in the area of 4th and G streets, just hours before Christmas Eve.
Madera police are now saying that investigative teams will be working to find out who is responsible for the brutal murder.
