(KMJ) – A woman is dead and a man behind bars after a fatal, DUI crash Saturday morning in Southeast Fresno.
Fresno police say 34-year old Joshua Parker was drunk when his SUV crashed into a big rig just after 11 a.m. at Belmont and Barton. That crashed killed his passenger, 22-year old Mina Serrano.
Investigators believe the two may have been in some sort of dispute inside the vehicle just minutes before the crash.
Now Parker faces three felony counts of gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated. And his bail has been set at $113,000.
