On Tuesday, the Applegate Park play equipment was rededicated to Danielle Martinez Reyes, the daughter of a city employee who died at a young age.

Her father, Art Reyes speaking at the event,”we appreciate it, for our family, our friends and all those who are here today.”

He along with her mother, Kathleen Martinez, were there for the dedication to unveil the plaque.
