(KMJ) – Visalia Police say witnesses saw 40-year old Fernando Medrano use an electric hedge clipper to smash several windows at a city fire station.
Officers were called to VFD Station 54 on Ferguson at Dinuba just after nine o’clock Monday night.
There, they say Medrano used the yard tool to smash several windows at the station and then tried to fight several passing motorist. He was taken into custody without incident and charged with vandalism.
