FRESNO, CA (KMJ) – PG&E Announces New CEO.
William Johnson takes over as Chief Executive Officer and President of the embattled utility, which filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection.
In a press release sent out late Wednesday, the power company said Johnson is due to start later this month.
The utility says the new leadership will be “focused on enhancing safety culture and operational excellence.”
10 new directors are due to be appointed to the board at the next in-person meeting.
