
DELANO, CA (KMJ) – A traffic stop leads detectives to drugs & money in Earlimart and Delano.
Just after 3:00 Wednesday afternoon, Detectives with the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office pulled over the car in the area of Ave 48 and State Rd in Earlimart
37-year-old Josue Magdaleno Martinez of Earlimart, was found to be unlicensed.
Detectives searched the vehicle and found a half pound of meth
Upon further investigation, Detectives connected Martinez to two other addresses in the City of Delano and were able to get a search warrant for both.
One of the homes was on the 600 block of Lexington and the other home was in the 400 block of 18th Ave.
During the search, detectives found 5 pounds of heroin, one pound of meth, a quarter pound of cocaine and $45,123 in cash.

All the items were taken as evidence.
Martinez faces charges of Possession of Methamphetamine for Sales, Transportation of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Heroin for Sales and Possession of Cocaine for Sales.
This case remains under investigation.
