FRESNO, CA (KMJ) – A mother from Lindsay is charged with homicide after her twin 10-month-old baby boys were found drowned, Thursday morning.
At approximately 7:45a.m., the Tulare Police Department received a 911 call regarding two infants that had drowned.
Officers responded to a hotel on the 700 block of South K Street, close to Bardsley.
That’s where they found the children and performed CPR.
Sergeant Jon Hamlin says both babies were pronounced dead shortly after being taken to the hospital.

The mother, 37-year-old Heather Langdon has been arrested and was booked at the Tulare County Sheriff’s Pre-trial Facility on two counts of homicide.
The case is currently under investigation by the Tulare Police Department’s Investigative Unit.
