MADERA, Calif. (KMJ) — The Madera County Sheriff’s Department is asking for the public’s help in finding the next of kin, for a man killed in a hit-and-run.
50-year-old Angel Gutierrez was fatally struck near Avenue 21 and Road 26 on October 22.
