
FRESNO, CA (KMJ) – A dog is found tied-up & abandoned at a home in Poplar.
Just before 7:00 on October 30, Deputies from the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office’s Porterville Substation were dispatched to the 18,000 Block of Avenue 152, on a report of animal cruelty.
Deputies found a 6 month old black Labrador-mix, tied up with visible injuries to its neck.
Tulare County Animal Control responded and took custody of the dog.
The home was possibly vacant and deputies were unable to find its owner.
The Tulare County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating the owner.
