FRESNO, CA (KMJ) – An investigation is in progress in Parlier, after a Fresno man is fatally shot Monday Morning.
The Fresno County Sheriff’s Office says it happened shortly after midnight on Monday morning at the Bella Vista Apartments.
The victim has been identified as 23 year-old Felix Ybarra-Rodriguez of Fresno.
Investigators are exploring the possibility that the shooting is gang-related.
