FRESNO, CA (KMJ) – Hanford Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing teen.
19 year-old Rachel Maria Balderama was last seen around 4:00 o’clock Sunday afternoon.
She walked to the store located at Jones St. and Hanford Armona Road and did not return home.
Hanford Police say Rachel is extremely developmentally disabled.
