(KMJ) – Fresno Police say 27-year old Cruz Pedro Hinojosa (pictured above) turned himself in to Pismo Beach Police after being sought in connection to a double fatal shooting in the Tower District.
Officers say a 9-1-1 call brought officers to the Fresh Ink Tattoo Parlor on East Olive and North Echo just before 11:00 pm Saturday. Inside, officers found 35-year old Jesse Hernandez III and 30-year old Pisa Xayapheth each suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Both men were rushed to Community Regional Medical Center where they were pronounced dead.
Witnesses help officers identify Hinojosa as the alleged shooter. After hours of searching, he turned himself in on Sunday.
Fresno Police have since returned him to the Valley. But investigators have yet to release a motive for this shooting.
