FRESNO, CA (KMJ) – A man tried to lure a girl into his vehicle in Madera County.
The Madera County Sheriff’s Office is asking for help in identifying and locating him.
They say it happened on Sunday, May 27th, at 1:45 p.m., near the Raymond Post Office.
The girl was walking in the area when she was approached by at least one man, driving a midsize SUV, described as brown or gold in color.
He asked her if she wanted a ride, and when she said ‘no,’ he demanded that she get into his vehicle.
She became frightened and ran away, hiding in a nearby backyard.
He drove off and is unidentified at this time.
The suspect vehicle is described as a brown or gold midsize SUV.
