Bed Bath & Beyond Recalls 175,000 Hudson Comforters by UGG Due To Mold

FRESNO, CA (KMJ) – Bed Bath & Beyond is recalling 175,000 Hudson Comforters by UGG because of a mold risk.

The Consumer Products Safety Commission released a statement on Thursday, saying; “Mold can be present, posing a risk of respiratory or other infections in individuals with compromised immune systems, damaged lungs or an allergy to mold,”

The CPSC says consumers should stop using the comforters and return them for a full refund.

The polyester comforters were sold in four colors and three sizes from between August 2017 and October 2017.

They were manufactured in mainland China by BHF International Ltd of Hong Kong.

Bed Batch & Beyond has created a hotline for affected consumers to call for more details at 800-462-3966.
