One Suspect Arrested In Bass Lake Home Invasion That Left 77 Year-old Woman Critically Injured.

FRESNO, CA (KMJ) -Madera County Sheriff’s Deputies have arrested one man out of a pair of alleged home invaders.

Sheriff Jay Varney announced Monday that 18 year old Alvin McDonald III of north fork was arrested just before 11:00am on November 20th.

The home invasion took place around 7:30 Saturday evening, when two men broke into the house on the 36 hundred block of cedar lane.

The 77-year-old female homeowner suffered injuries and remains hospitalized in Fresno in critical condition, her adult son was not harmed.

The second suspect, identified as 23 year old Ray Coleman of North Fork is still at large.

McDonald was arrested for attempted murder, robbery, burglary, assault with a deadly weapon-firearm, elder abuse, conspiracy, and using a firearm during the commission of a felony.

Coleman will be arrested for the same charges.
