FRESNO, CA (KMJ) A group of good samaratins are to thank for helping rescue an elderly man who crashed into a canal in Sanger.
The Sanger Police Department says an 87-year old lost control of his van on Newmark near North just before 8 o’clock Sunday night.
He crashed into a canal which partially submerged his minivan.
A group of people in the area rushed to help him until police and fire crews could reach the scene and help the man to safety.
