(KMJ) – The Tulare County Sheriff’s Office announces the Kings River will open for recreational activities this Friday, July 14th.
The Sheriff’s Office warns that high flows have moved sand bars into new places, causing significant changes to the channel.
The Fresno County Sheriff’s Office says they are monitoring the Kings River as well, but it’s not safe to re-open in the county, yet.
