FRESNO, CA (KMJ) A Dinuba man on his way to Fresno Superior Court on Tuesday was arrested for driving a stolen pickup truck.
52 year old Timothy Lane was driving to court to make an appearance on a previous auto theft case. He was expected to take a plea deal and receive a few years in jail.
The Fresno Co. Sheriff’s Department says Lane was stopped near Selma in the 2000 Chevy Silverado which had been reported stolen out of Delano.
The arresting deputy says Lane claimed he did not know the truck was stolen.
