(KMJ) – The victory tour continues for 12-year old Ananya Vinay. The Fresno girl who won the 90th Scripps National Spelling Bee was honored by both the California Assembly and Senate in Sacramento on Monday.
Assemblyman Jim Patterson (R-Fresno) will be joined by his fellow Assemblymembers to honor the Spelling Bee winner with a resolution presentation on Monday. After being honored on the Assembly floor, Vinay and her father were honored in the Senate by Senator Tom Berryhill.
