FRESNO, Calif. (KMJ) — Decreasing inventory and lower affordability have led to a 4-month decline in home sales.
The California Association of Realtors says they declined by nearly 6 percent in April compared to March.
Sales were down by more than 11 percent, here in the Central Valley.
Spring is usually a busy season for home buying activity, but 2017 has turned out to be less than exciting.
