Thieves Drag Victim During Madera Ranchos Robbery

(KMJ) The Madera County Sheriff’s Office continues to search for these three suspects after a robbery in the Madera Ranchos.

On Tuesday, April 25, just after 3 pm, Deputies were called to the Lucky 7 gas station on Avenue 12 in the Madera Ranchos. There, they say a 62-year old man parked his vehicle at the gas pumps and walked into the store. As he was leaving, he noticed a Hispanic female in her early 20’s inside his vehicle.  He yelled at her to stop as she exited his vehicle holding the man’s iPhone.

That’s when the female suspect jumped into an awaiting pick-up truck (as seen on the video below).  It is described as a blue/green colored Chevy S-10 pickup truck with State of Washington license plate:  AQX8488.

The 62-year old man grabbed onto the woman as the truck pulled away.  And the driver drug him along as he turned onto Avenue 12.  Deputies say the man suffered a cut to his head when he hit the ground.

Deputies say  a total of three suspects had walked into the store just prior to this robbery.  The photos are posted above.

Anyone with information on the identity of the driver (male in grey shirt), the female, and the rear passenger (male wearing the black jacket, red shirt and baseball cap) is asked to call the Madera County Sheriff’s Office at (559) 675-7770
