(KMJ) Kajo has earned an extra treat.
The Fresno County Sheriff K9 chased down a suspected car thief Monday afternoon.
42 year old Ricardo Mendoza of Fresno led deputies on a high speed chase around 12:30 pm and eventually fled on foot near E. Kings Canyon Road. But he didn’t get far.
The 7 year old Belgian Malinois quickly caught Mendoza and bit his leg. After he was taken into custody, Mendoza was driven to the hospital for treatment.
