FRESNO, CA (KMJ) – Strange noises lead a homeowner to a surprising discovery.
You’ve heard of bats in the belfry… How about cats in the attic?
“We got a call from a homeowner who was hearing meowing sounds faintly – and asked for some help and advice and come to find out they were most likely up in their attic.” – Beth Caffrey, Cathouse on the Kings Donor & Media Relations.
Beth Caffrey from Cathouse on the Kings, says its not the first time she’s heard of a cat having her litter in the rafters, even cat giving birth on a roof.
“So, we worked with them on how to find them, get them out, they ended up having to cut several holes in their ceiling so they could go in different spots to try and collect mom and five kittens.” -Beth Caffrey from Cathouse on the Kings.
The Cathouse on the Kings is now trying to find homes for them during an already busy kitten season.
