(KMJ) An elderly north valley woman is behind bars facing serious charges. And it’s unlikely she’ll be set free anytime soon.
The Stockton Record reports 88-year old Amalia Guerrero has been charged with first degree attempted premeditated murder.
Investigators say Guerrero, of Stockton, stabbed her 57-year old son earlier this week. She appeared in court for the first time Thursday in an orange jailsuit with a walker.
The judge set her bail at $1 million dollars due to the seriousness of the charges.
