(KMJ) – Convicted murderer Christopher Cheary, of Exeter, has been sentenced to death for killing 3-year-old Sophia Acosta in 2011.
A Tulare County Judge upheld the decision on Monday, which was recommended by a jury back in November.
Cheary was found guilty of the first-degree murder of Acosta, with special circumstances of sexual assault and torture.
