UPDATE: Fresno Police says 69-year-old Martin Hernandez has been found safe.

Fresno Police say 69-year-old Martin Hernandez – who has dementia – was last seen at his residence on the 3700 block of E. Tyler Ave. (near 180 freeway between First & Cedar) in southeast Fresno. He was last seen wearing a black hooded sweater with a walking dead skull design on the front, a red and black flannel pajama pants. Family believes that Martin walked to the local store to buy some orange juice.
