FRESNO, Calif. (KMJ) — 30 percent of American Millennials are planning to quit their job in the next 6 months, as they seek new opportunities.
That’s according to a new Clutch survey, which finds that only about 11 to 12 percent of GenXers and Baby Boomers, anticipate a career change.
It also shows that about 40 percent Millennials do not consider themselves to be fulfilled in their current position, which is about 4 times the figure of baby boomers.
Many cite insufficient benefits and flexibility as reasons for the lack of Millennial engagement in the workplace today.
