FRESNO, Calif. (KMJ) — Homebuyer confidence in the U.S., according to new National Association of Realtors survey, remains high.
However, renters and younger prospective buyers — those under the age of 34 — are said to be exhibiting less confidence.
Millennials here in the West are among the least-confident when it comes to owning a home; much of that can be attributed to concerns over whether they can qualify for a loan.
