Two Brothers Shot By A Teen In Central Fresno

FRESNO (KMJ) – Two brothers are shot by a teenager in Central Fresno.

On Wednesday, September 7th, just after 10:00 a.m. police officers responded to a home at the 2300 block of E. Thomas Ave. near Thesta street.

They found the brothers, a 21 and 24 year-old, both on the porch – both shot in the upper body.

The shooter, who lived in the area, was looking for someone and the brothers told him they didn’t know where the person was.

The suspect walked away and returned with three other males and shot the brothers.

Police Lt. Joe Gomez says witnesses saw the suspect, described as a 14 to 15-year-old Hispanic male juvenile, with short black hair, wearing a white T-shirt and blue jeans.

Both victims are in extremely critical condition with life threatening injuries undergoing surgery at CRMC.
