FRESNO (KMJ) – Fresno Police say an armed juvenile ended up in the dog house … quite literally.
A man contacted police saying four kids had confronted him and one pulled a gun on him around 12:30 Tuesday morning
Quickly, he drove away from the scene and then called police.
When officers arrived the kids scattered into the neighborhood near the Fig Garden Loop area – by Golden State and Bullard.
Patrol officers located one juvenile initially, but the other three were still outstanding, including the one with the gun.
Officer Tushnet and K9 Kilo arrived to assist in the search.
Officers found one juvenile and K9 Officer Kilo put his nose to work and tracked down another who was hiding in a dog house, and then the dog found the backpack and gun that they were trying to hide.
The juvenile surrendered and was taken into custody without incident.
