Central High Basketball coach Loren LeBeau, was behind the wheel.

LeBeau pleaded no contest and is serving 12 years in prison.

His insurance paid the family $100,000 dollars, the Maldonado’s also sued the city of Fresno, winning over a million dollars settlement because the crosswalk was badly lit.
