(KMJ) Visalia PD is investigating a deadly drive-by shooting. Officers say the gunfire erupted around 3:20am Saturday outside a home on South Woodland Street. Two people were struck outside while a third victim was hit by a stray bullet while sleeping inside. No arrests have been made and no suspects have been identified. Authorities have identified the deceased victim as 19 year old Deonte Porchia of Visalia.
