Study: Butter Not as Unhealthy as Previously Thought

KMJ) — Butter consumption does not appear to be associated with cardiovascular disease.

That’s among the findings of a new Tufts University Health Sciences study.

Researchers say it’s a “middle-of-the-road” food, better than sugar, but not as good as healthy cooking oils.

Still, not everyone’s convinced; the Center for Science in the Public Interest, believes the study is somewhat misleading, since there are too many variables.
