FRESNO, Calif. (KMJ) — Contrary to stereotypes that they tend to “live for the moment,” and delay the responsibilities that come with growing up, most millennials have the same goals that their parents and grandparents had.
A new Credit Karma survey reveals that the vast majority of millennials plan to get married, purchase a home, and start a family.
Despite the high cost of housing and student loan debt, Credit Karma says those between 18 and 34, are often much wiser with their finances than they’re given credit for.
They add that saving for the future is top-of-mind, and loyalty to employers who offer fair compensation is a priority.
