FRESNO (KMJ) — A plane powered entirely by energy from the sun, is on it’s way to California.
The ‘Solar Impulse 2’ is cruising over the Pacific, after setting off from Hawaii on Thursday. It’s due to land in Mountain View. Its journey started in March 2015, with the downtime in between to allow for favorable weather, repairs, and recharging.
