FRESNO, Calif. (KMJ) — 4/20 is the unofficial pot smokers’ holiday, believed to have its roots in the Bay Area.
This could be the final year that recreational pot users have to push for legal access in the Golden State, as a legalization initiative likely to be voted on this November.
Similar efforts are underway in Nevada, Arizona, and Massachusetts.
Recreational pot use is already legal in the states of Alaska, Oregon, Colorado, and Washington.
