(KMJ) – Visalia Police announce an arrest in connection to a year-old homicide case. Manuel Gonzalez was shot and killed inside a home on the 2000 of North Jacob back in March 2015.
Police say at that time 28-year old Ricardo Reyes was considered a suspect but was never charged.
But, late last week, while already in custody on unrelated charges, officers questioned him about the murder. Following that, Reyes was then booked for murder.
