The Associated Student Government at the college is sponsoring the two-hour debate, which is scheduled to take place at the college’s Old Administration Building Auditorium at 4 p.m. March 16.

ASG Student Trustee Cody Sedano and Legislative Vice President Travis Childress will moderate the event.

The candidates invited to the debate include Dr. Joaquin Arambula, an emergency room doctor, Ted Miller and Clint Olivier, a Fresno City Councilman.

The special election for the district seat is scheduled for April 5. The 31st District seat became available after Assemblyman Henry T. Perea resigned.
