(KMJ) – The Tulare Wal-Mart located in the 1100 block of East Prosperity Avenue was evacuated for more than two hours Sunday night, March 6th after a bomb threat was called into that business.
Tulare Police called in a bomb sniffing K-9 to search the property but no explosives were found.
During the course of their investigation, Officers from the Tulare Police department say they were able to identify the person responsible for making the bomb threat. He was identified as 27 year old Christopher Hart of Corcoran.
Hart was arrested early Monday morning in the 300 block of South Pratt Street in Tulare without incident. He was booked into the Tulare County Jail on suspicion of making a false bomb treat.
