FRESNO, Calif. (KMJ) — The Supreme Court will not be getting involved in a copyright dispute, involving a California man who made replicas of the Batmobile.

Mark Towle produced replicas of the car, and sold them for about $90,000.

However, a lower court ruled that the Batmobile cannot be duplicated without permission from DC Comics, and the Supreme Court is letting that ruling stand.
