FRESNO, Calif. (KMJ) — The foreclosure and mortgage delinquency rates across the valley continue to decline.
According to CoreLogic, the Fresno foreclosure rate dropped to .6 percent in December.
The rate of mortgages that were at least 90 days delinquent, fell to 2.3 percent.
Similar improvements can be seen in the Madera, Visalia, and Hanford areas.
