FRESNO, Calif. (KMJ) — One year after laying off dozens of staff members, the California State Senate is giving pay raises, to its approximately 900 employees.
They range from 1% to 4%.
Secretary of the Senate Daniel Alvarez calls them “well-deserved,” and “long-over overdue cost-of-living adjustments.”
