FRESNO, Calif. (KMJ) — If you’re searching for a new job in the Golden State, head up north, or down south. That’s at least a good start, according to a new analysis by Indeed.com
San Jose, the city that calls itself the capitol of Silicon Valley, is presently the top job market in the country. There are plenty of tech, medical research, and real estate jobs; although, the cost of housing is soaring.
Next on the list is San Francisco. It’s another great place to find work, as long as you can afford the rent, and are willing to use public transportation.
The third is San Diego. If sunny beaches aren’t enough to get your attention, how about an abundance of jobs in life sciences?
Looking for a slower pace? Check out Sacramento. There are government jobs, along with positions in health care, engineering, and computers.
The last is Riverside. The top industries are trucking, sales, and office support. Another plus is that housing is significantly more affordable than it is in the Bay Area.
