FRESNO, Calif. (KMJ) — Think what you will about Taylor Swift’s musical talents; they appear to be sufficient for federal court rulings.

U.S. District Court Judge Gail Standish has ruled that musician Jessie Braham, who claims Swift stole his lyrics, has got problems.

Not only did she throw the case out, she continued using Swift’s lyrics in her conclusion.

“At present, the court is not saying that Braham can never, ever, ever, get his case back in court. But, for now we got problems, and the court is not sure Braham can solve them,” Standish said.
