(KMJ) The FAA is investigating a deadly skydiving accident in Madera.
Investigators say 65 year old David Gilbert of Madera died Saturday after his parachute got tangled as he tried to deploy it and his backup failed.
Gilbert was jumping out of an aircraft for a skydiving demonstration at the Pomegranate Festival.
