Two brothers have been arrested after a fight in Central Fresno – which put an uninvolved passer by in the hospital.
Fresno police say it happened close to the intersection of Shields and Maple – just before 6:00pm, October29th.
Officers say Robert Aguilar and his twin Lee Agulair were seen fighting an as still unidentified man – when Robert produced a gun and fired.
One of the rounds fired hit another man close by, said to be waiting for a bus – he’s now in a critical condition.
Both brothers were taken into custody and will be booked into Fresno County Jail.
