FRESNO, Calif. (KMJ) — A Sacramento high school principal was body slammed, after trying to break up a fight in the cafeteria, which was caught on video Monday, and posted online.

In trying to restrain one of the students, principal Don Ross was thrown to the floor, although he wasn’t seriously injured.
