(KMJ) – Fresno State Athletics Director Jim Bartko announced Thursday that Fresno State and Oregon have agreed to a one-game contract between the two schools for a 2021 football match-up.
The game will be played in Eugene, Ore. on Sept. 4, 2021 at Autzen Stadium.
Fresno State has a long history of facing off against many national powers. Since 2000 Fresno State has played in 66 non-conference games and 42 of them have been against teams from a Power 5 conference.
Fresno State and Oregon have met eight times in the past, the most recent being in 2012 with the No. 4-ranked Ducks defeated the Bulldogs 42-25.
Oregon leads the overall series 6-2 and Fresno State’s last win came back in Eugene in 1982.
