FRESNO, Calif. (KMJ) — Home affordability was the best it’s been in two years, during the first quarter of 2015.
According to RealtyTrac, affordability improved, despite gains in home prices.
However, major barriers still exist in California.
While the Central Valley is cheaper than most other areas of the Golden State, there’s still an affordability problem.
